Autism Agent ("we", "the app") is a communication support tool. This policy explains what information the app stores and how it is used.

Information you provide

• Communication card labels and photos you add in Admin
• Agent name and avatar emoji (device settings)
• Voice, speech rate, and display preferences (device-local)

iCloud and CloudKit

With Autism Agent Plus, your cards may sync through your private iCloud account using Apple CloudKit. If you share your library with family, invited users receive read-only copies through Apple's sharing system. We do not operate our own servers for your card data.

What the app does not collect

• No advertising or ad tracking in the app
• No third-party analytics SDKs in the app
• No sale of personal information

Children

The app may be used by children under caregiver supervision. Caregivers manage cards and settings. We do not knowingly create accounts for children or collect contact information from children.

Email updates

If you sign up on our website for app updates, we store your email address securely in Google Cloud Firestore. We use it only for messages you requested (product news and major updates). We do not sell waitlist emails or add them to marketing lists without consent.

Community feedback

If you submit ideas or feedback on our website, we store your name, email, and message securely in Google Cloud Firestore to improve the app. We do not publish submissions publicly without your consent.

Website analytics

Our marketing website (autismagent.app) may use Google Analytics (GA4) only if you accept analytics cookies via the banner shown on your first visit. GA4 helps us understand aggregate visitor traffic (page views, approximate region). It may set cookies and process a truncated IP address. These analytics apply only to the website — the Autism Agent app itself contains no analytics or tracking. You can decline cookies in the banner, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or clear the autismagent.analyticsConsent value in your browser's local storage (or the autismagent_analytics_consent cookie) to reset your choice.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details.

Deletion

Delete the app to remove local data. To remove iCloud data, delete cards in the app while signed into iCloud or manage iCloud storage in iOS Settings. To remove your waitlist or feedback submission, email support@katoomi.com.
